Help Me Understand...

I am looking at rough countrys 3" suspension lift kit for 99-06 2wd 1500 and the details says it lifts the rear 2", and I know the factory rake, so the 3" must come all to the front with the knuckles? I know this is gravy consideriding others lifts on this site but I am not looking for anything to extreme right now, and that is within budget, plus it comes with shocks which is a plus. Let's say I order this lift kit, will this make my truck level, or will I still have some adjusting to do? (Which I know is possible through torsion bar crank).
