My original plan was to rent something like a uhaul or Ryder truck. Believe it or not, a one way rental to Montana from the East Coast was only a few hundred dollars less than buying a new trailer. That and I wasn't looking forward to driving all that way in two vehicles as my wife would have had to drive the pickup and me the rented truck.

 

On that note, I was fortunate enough to sell the trailer locally this afternoon for basically what I paid for it. In the end it worked out pretty well for us.
