33's At Stock Height (gmt-900)

I just put on some new wheels and tires today (22x9 and 305/45/22) and I love them, however I think the truck needs to come down a few inches. Tires are already mounted and I don't want to dismount and get different tires. I've done enough stuff that I'm comfortable with a little cutting. The wheels are bigger and there is more backspace, so I'm not worried about hitting anything with the wheels, but I know the tires are going to rub obviously.

 

Currently I have a 2.5" CCM spacer. There rear blocks are stock. I'm thinking about removing the rear blocks and ditching the spacer. Maybe using the Bilstein adjustables to get things level again since I want new shocks anyway. Before doing all that work, I'm just wondering what'll hit. Trimming plastic is fine. Trimming metal is fine. I'm pretty good at fabwork, but I don't want to have to cut the entire corner of the fender off either. I tried searching but obviously since people generally don't want to be cutting on a new truck, there really isn't a lot of info. I remember a few threads where people showed what they cut, but I can't find them now. Seriously I know it sounds crazy, but I'd really appreciate any help.
