Dual Zone A/c Issues

yesterday i was out running errands. my mom started complaning about it being hot. thee drivers side was cold. the passenger side was hot. the passenger side control did nothing. if i put driver side to hot, the passenger side gets cold and driver side is hot. im thinking this is a control issue because the doors are moving to change temp. any ideas where to look

Try unplugging the plugs on the back of the climate control unit, blow them out a bit (only with air) and make sure they are plugged in nice and tight. I lost all climate control one day and this fixed it perfectly believe it or not!

so i started pulling it apart, with everything running. i pulled the module from the dash and it started to work as advertised. never disconnected a wire
