Need Brake Help Asap!

Hey guy,

This post may be long but I'm going to tell you everything that I have done to the brakes so far. My problem is that I have to push the pedal all the way to the floor to stop my truck and even then it's not a quick stop. This all started because my back right wheel cylinder was leaking so I replaced them. Here is all of the brake work I've done so far with no solution to my problem.

Replaced back brakes

-shoes, springs, wheel cylinders on both sides, line from wheel cylinder to splitter above differential on both sides.

Bled brakes all the way around

-front brakes bled from the line that attatches to caliper (left bleeder is stuck, right bleeder is broken)

Test drove and pedal still goes to the floor

Gravity bled back brakes

-not enough fluid coming out

Vacuum Pump bled back brakes from line

-unhooked line from back right wheel cylinder, hooked it up to pump and pulled very little fluid out

-reattatched line to wheel cylinder then removed both lines from the splitter, plugged one side of splitter, hooked pump to the other side and pulled a little bit more fluid out

-left the back set up as it was, detatched small line from master cylinder resivior leading to rear brakes

-put rubber hose onto that line and placed other end of hose into cup of brake fluid

-pumped from back until fluid from the cup made it through

-put everything back together as it should be and bled the brakes again

STILL having to put the pedal to the floor to get the truck to stop

Does anyone have any more suggestions for me? Besides selling the truck because believe me that has crossed my mind a lot lately but I need my truck and on a good day I do enjoy having it.

Is the red brake warning light on in the dash?

It was after changing the brakes and during the last test drive after all the vacuuming it was flickering off and on.
