2 Door Tahoe Pricing Question

I have a 95 2 door in pretty good shape for its age and will be selling in next week or the week after. I've been told the 2 Doors are pretty sought after. Do you guys find this to be true? Would like to get a decent buck for mine, but don't want to price it so high that people don't even look at it.

Kelly Blue Book sayd $2500, but people I've asked said I could maybe get more out of it. Thought I'd ask for your opinons as you all seem to be a bit more in the know. Thanks

let us see a pic, tell us the miles, conditon of the tranny engine and interior.

the 2 doors are pretty desireable since you dont see them too often, but they are nothing special, just a regular old GMT400.

i always liked the 2 doors, especially the Yukon GT

Should've added a pic in the first post. This is the only one I have on my computer at the moment. Interior looks brand new, transmission is original to the best of my knowledge, but still shifts good and firm. About to roll over 200,000 miles in the next week or so.

thats a very nice looking tahoe... 80 percent of the ones you see are beat to shit.

depending on your area, you could probably ask about 3000-3200. if your not in a big hurry, put it up for around 3500 and sit on it for a while, if you get no offers or anything keep lowering it until you get someone interested. a 2 door that clean should sell fairly quick.

why are you selling?

Thanks man. I appreciate it. Am buying a new truck in the next couple weeks, so am trying to sell rather than trade it in to try to get a few more dollars for it.

no problem. yeah dont bother trading it in.. youll get maybe 400-500 for it and it will go to wholesale. youd be better off holding on it and trying to sell it. try craigslist.

I am new to the site. My syntax may be incorrect. As the grieving previous owner of a 1986 Silverado, I would like to say that I paid $24,000 for my black over silver 1998 Tahoe. It has the usual buckets in leather, 350, etc.. Now that it is coming up on 250,000 miles, I still would not part with it for $24,000.

That's all I have to say about that!

Well good for you bud, sounds like its time to rebuild the engine and trans, or better yet, new crate motor with built tranny for speed!

personally with that much mileage on a factory drive train i wouldnt give you more then 2300.I understand they are are to find in good condition but 4L60e dont usually last more then 200k its also about maintance now if you had full documents on maintance and things like that i would give 3500 right now.

I wish they still made the 2dr tahoes. The 400s looked best when lifted, but the 900s would look pretty bad ass as dropped street trucks.
