2003 Silverado 4.8l 2wd Engine Stalling

I have a 2003 silverado 4.8l 2wd that keeps stalling out occasionally.It only stalls when i turn left like on a u-turn.Has anyone run into a problem like this that can help.I don't know where to start.

I forgot to ad to my post that someone also told me that if there is a lot of carbon build up on the throttle body that it can cause the engine to stall out when you turn cause it causes the truck somehow to overload.does anyone know if there is any truth to this.or is it a bunch of bs.i would like to here from anyone with any kind of response.please help out.

this is possible. you would also notice this issue when at idle and the a/c compressor kick on it would make the motor bog then surge
