I am pretty vexed on this one. We have an autobody shop here with tools and a couple lifts, so I'm trying to take care of this here. My truck started to not shift out of 1st gear. Basically, it takes off strong but will redline before ever shifting. I changed the 1-2 solonoid as well as the TPS. The TPS I changed because it threw 3 codes -

 

DTC P0120 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch ”A” Circuit Malfunction

DTC P0220 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch ”B” Circuit Malfunction

DTC P2135 Throttle position sensor A/B voltage correlation

 

 

The Absolute TPS was around 19% at idle with the old TPS. Once I replaced it, the Absolute is fluctuation between 4.2-6 - which I think is right? The codes have not come back. BUT... still no improvement to the shifting. The truck has 75000 mi.

 

The fluid has been flushed and there was no metal in the pan at all.
