Jack & Wheel Chock Storage On '08 Reg. Cab Silverado

I removed the jack and wheel chocks and the associated "J" hook but now can't seem to figure out how the "J" hook holds the chocks to the jack to get it back together. The Owner's manual shows a configuration that doesn't work. I'm no idiot but something is eluding me here. Anyone got a photo of the assemby to share?

I found another manual online that had the illustration for the reg. cab truck. Problem solved.
