Order a GMC SLT extended cab 2wd, the only option was the power pedals today

 

How long to you think it will before it is delivered ?

 

When do they start making the 2012?

Mine took 6 weeks almost to the say for delivery

Likely be a 2012 - cutoff for 2011 orders was back in April sometime IIRC. With the usual summer shut down you'll probably see it around August 1.

 

Did your dealer quote you a price? Wondering because a couple of weeks ago the 2012 pricing was not yet available...

With GM Canada there was almost $14,000 off the MRSP

He will be guaranteed his purchase price regardless if the incentives are still on or not won't he?

If not, what really separate a SLE with a convenience package from a SLT... the dash?

Power pedals and BACK up SENSORES ARE IN THE SAFETY PACKAGE,

 

I did not compare a SLE to a SLT since I do not believe you can get the 10 way power seats in a SLE package

 

since this should be my last truck for work I wanted some nice seats

i don't know if your dealer is like mine, but when i ordered my Silverado ext ltz z71, beginning of May. My dealer said is should be in at the latest June 28th. Just got a call today saying it is being built sometime this week and i can expect it 10 days after the build day. If you had ordered it the price on the invoice will be the price you pay. That is what my dealer told me. He also mentioned that it could go lower if GM increased their incentives but he thought that to be unlikely at this point as they are not taking new orders any more. Pretty happy with my guy in Kingston MRSP of my order was $54520 so like 62k after taxes. while only paying 45k for it. Hopefully your order goes in, seems a bit late for a 2011 model. be pretty sweet getting the first 2012 off the line.
