Idler & Pitman Arms

So I've got a shake that seems to be coming out of the front end, I have tried the carrier bearing as it looked really worn and balanced the wheels. Still not much of a change.

Place I took it for the balancing said to look into the idler and pitman arms. My question is, with a 4" suspension lift do I need/do they make an aftermarket version of these that is more suitable for the lift? My dad says he replaces his idler arm twice a year, I'd rather not go that route.

Thanks!
