What Hold The Badges On?

I want to do something with my badges (paint or replace) and just wondering what holds them on (front, side and back) is it just glue? Thanks!

Glue...double stick tape

Double sided sticky tape. Run some dental floss between the badge and the body, that will cut the sticky tape. Then get the tape residue off. It isn't isn't, that tape is tough. I have to use mineral spirits to get the last little bit off when I took the stupid ethanol badge off my tailgate.
