Spare Tire Carrier

Hello,

 

I recently got new tires and now I find that the spare won't fit under the truck anymore.  I have a hitch from Drawtite but it is mounted further back than the factory one would be and the tire is about 1-2inches too tall to fit.  So... does anyone have any ideas for a spare tire carrier?

 

I was thinking of deflating the tire and buying a compressor for when I need the spare.

I would rather not carry the tire flat in the bed because it does takes up a lot of space.

Just have to be sure you have enough clearance with exhaust, etc under there...not to mention the ease of getting them down.  I know many others have upgraded size, perhaps they have ideas...other than AAA membership.

They make some angled bed carriers, it won't take up as much bed space, but it will still take up space.  Other than that you really don't have too many options.
