Thinking About Soft 8 Steelies

I am thinking about getting some 17x9 Soft 8 steelies. I know alot of people dont like the look, but I want to try it and see. I think Ill like it but we will see. Im planning on installing them with some 305-65-17 on them so I think it will look Bad A**.

 

Anyway, I dont plan on running a center cap and I dont want to run a chrome plated lug nut. I want to go for a more stealth look with minimal chrome since my truck doesnt have much chrome on it. So, will the factory lug nuts work with a steel wheel. I dont see how the aftermarket steelies could be any different than a set of factory steelies.

 

Also, what are the specs on the lug nusts. According to Summit, they are 14mmx1.50 RH. Can anyone confirm?
