i have an 04 2500 and i think my tranny is blowing up.it has 95000 miles on it and from a stop taking off it makes a terrible grinding noise only when your on the gas till about 30mph then it stops and is fine.it was serviced 10000 miles ago and the fluid still looks clean.i cant tell if its the tranny or something else.it doesn't slip or buck at all just makes alot of noise.it sounds like gears are striping out if you let off the gas it instantly stops get back on the gas slowly and it will have no noise then bang stripin gear sound again anyone ever run into this its the 4l80e tranny.could it posibly be the transfer case?
