2005 Gmc Sierra Denali Mode Door Actuator

Looking for a replacement mode door actuator. I'm looking at the original and don't know which is the OEM part #. There are three numbers listed on the actuator.

 

It's a CEI actuator and the following numbers are listed on the bar code.

 

DZ 52402598

DZ 023542363B

 

These are on the same barcode on the face of the actuator.

 

Then there is a bar code on the side of the actuator with the number 32728262 on it.

 

I haven't had any luck tracking down a replacement using any of these numbers. Any help appreciated.

A Dorman 604-106 seams to be the replacement. Most Auto parts stores should carry one. I had issues with mine blowing to the vents for a few seconds and then it would stay on the defroster. I pulled the actuator located above the gas pedal. Use a 6mm socket with a universal. I took it apart looking for a broken gear. I noticed alot of grease on the circuit board. I cleaned the board with a Q-tip. I put the gears back in as close to the positions as I could. There is a gear position sensor so it should reset by itself. I restalled the actuator and it worked right away. I hope this helps because it saved me $150 in a new part.
