Issue: When driving below the 40 mph you can feel and hear that the four wheel drive system starts to work (and you drive normal on a normal road).

 

There is no need for the four wheel drive system.

 

When you disconnect the connector from the elektro engine at the transfer case the noise and feeling is gone.

 

 

 

1.You can also see in your Tech2 that the elektro engine at the transfer case gets a signal from the transfer case module.

 

2. But there is no difference between the speed sensor from the two axle's (front and rear axle).

 

3. Module has been changed from another car without result.

 

Has anyone a idea?

I have a 2002 chevy Trailblazer LS and the service 4wd light came on and it doesnt allow me to go into 4wd. when I switch it to 4wd all the light does is flash. What could this be?
