I Have Whistle

So I noticed on the way home after river fishing with boat in tow a very faint whistle/whoooooop noise only when accelerating from a complete stop. It was only a split second and then gone. I thought maybe it was the boat or trailer hitch making the noise but it's not. My truck is an 09 ext Cab Silvy 5.3L with aftermarket magnaflow. I have checked, and can find nothing loose or any thing that looks out of sorts. What say you all? Should I just take it to the dealer and not worry about it?

You heard a noise for a split second and it never happened again? I would suggest not looking into or or wasting the dealerships time and adding yourself into the "pain in the ass customer" category.

No, it actually went on for 2 days, and I figured out what was making the noise. Somehow my 4x4 knob was on auto(I think my neighbor did it when backing in my boat), and everytime I took off from a dead stop I heard it. Turned it off, and no more noise. However, thank you for your opinion!
