Front Bakes Stick 2006 Silverado

hello i was just wondeirng if anyone could give me an idea of what is causing my fornt brakes to stick. i have flushed the fluid it looked very dirty, someone suggested that it could be sticking calipers so i changed one and its still the same. so my next step was going to be to change the front brake hoses, i think that may be collapsed. when i changed my caliper and i removed the brake line there wasnt much fluid coming through , normally on other vehicles i have worked on there is a steady dripping from the hose while you are trying to put it back on.

 

hopefully i can get some ansewers. buying parts can get expensive
