2001 8.1 No Spark

Alright heres the situation...

 

The truck stopped running a couple days ago, sputtered to a stop. tried to fire back up a few times it ran but not well and then now it wont run at all. at first we thought it was fuel, thru 5 gallons in it, not fuel. fuel pump is running fine, we found it has no spark. Have checked continuity from the crank sensor to the pcm, (Changed the crank and cam sensor btw) we have signal coming from the sensor to the pcm and its not the pcm because i put this one in another truck, ran just fine. Any help or suggestions on what is going on would be great! I think its a ground issue but Im not finding any that have been lost.
