93 K1500 Computer Problem

My friend has a 93 k1500 truck. OBD1 ecm shows no communication and tbi wide open when it screws up. Water temp sensor, o2 sensors,egr valve and complete tuneup done. Reset computer by removing battery cable and it straightens out. Replaced ecm and still doing it................ what to do next?

Maybe TPS sensor/wiring?
