Rancho 4" Installed...front Height Too Low

Hey folks, newbie looking for some help. I had a Rancho 4" lift installed on my 2010 Silverado 1500. I've seen some nice rides on this site and was looking to get the same results. However, my truck seems to be a bit lower in the front than others that have posted on this site. My front is at 42.5" and the rear is 44". I was going for a more leveled look. The kit was installed by a reputable truck specialty shop. Any suggestions that I could get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

seems wierd to me that its lower in the front. the measurements in the back seem higher than they should be. I know this is probaby obvious but are you sure the ground you were on is totally plum level when u measured.

Do the 2010s have torsion keys? I know Ive seen some of the HD pickups that had them, but I know some of the 1500s had coils.

If you have torsion keys you can get by with a little crank rather than a level kit, but with coils, you would have to add the leveling spacer.

I don't believe I have torsion keys, I think they are on 8 lug trucks, I have 6 lugs. My rear height seems to be spot on what some other members have with the same kit. I'm gonna go back to the installer, just looking for ideas.

Just buy a 1/2" spacer and it will net you 1" of lift.

The measurements seem a little low in the front and high in the back. I'd add a 1-1.5" leveling kit.

I had a bunch of rake when finished, so I removed the aal and it's pretty much level now. Get a small leveling kit or get rid of the aal.

Thanks, I think I'm gonna try that. For what it's worth I loved the way your truck looked, so I went with the rancho.

Thanks, I think I'm gonna try that. For what it's worth I loved the way your truck looked, so I went with the rancho.

Thanks man! I saw some trucks on here with the Rancho, thats why I got it also. lol
