Headers!

I've been looking into headers recently for my 5.7L 350. I've been looking at a few different sets online, but don't really know what to be looking for (if that makes sense).

anything thats bare 304 stainless steel or ceramic coated. if you buy a set that's just painted black, the paint will bake off and over time the headers will rust through. but you also gotta be careful with ceramic coating, because some might not be coated that well and over time the coating can also bake off.

i bought a pair of pacesetter LT's with there y-pipe. the headers are ceramic coated. They are awesome. never wraped never had to retighten the bolts, coating is still on. And the best part is that they were only $600 bucks.

 

But remember for headers you need to retune your engine, with a custom tuner like black Bear, or Diablo ( diablew )

Diablew is a great man to deal with, makes your tunes right quick mine was done the same day i paid him. he will answer any questions you would ever have about tuning.

stay away from edelbrock. I never had any luck with them at all
