heated seats from non heated seats.??? help!!!!!&#

hey guys. i have an 09 gmc sierra sle. bought the seats and door panels from a 2010 chevy ltz which has the heated seat. i have a plug in my truck under the seat but am wondering if the heated part will work or not. what do i have to do to get this 100%. Any help will be appreciated!! TIA

I put heated seats into my 2008 and the kit included the control module and wiring harness. It had to be connected to the main harness under the dash and the switches are on the right side of the dash. If your truck didn't come with heated seats I doubt if it has the seat harness. There's a big write up on the subject, try a search.

yeah they wont work i don't have the plug for that seat. i guess ima have to find an 08 09 gmc to get the power seats from i have seen the article on the heated seat upgrade but was trying to swap for these leather seats.
