Best tie downs

I am looking for recommendations on the best stake-hole  mounted tie downs.  

I am thinking that the pop ups would be nice - but do fear that there will come a time when they will refuse to pop up.

 

Really do not want 'junk'  - I once had some that were OK but the anchor piece (was exactly like a standard heavy duty household wall anchor)  rusted out in less that 3 years.  I figure Stainless steel would be key & am figuring on having to pay a premium price.

 

I think I have seen some from Steelhorse(?) and some from "Bully"    -any comments, additions , suggestions?
