Confused about P0449 code and correct part to fix

I have a 2007 Yukon XL with the 5.3 and Flex Fuel set up. 54k miles. Threw code P0449. I have been researching here and thought I knew what to do. I went to Amazon.com and bought part # 214-2149 AC Delco (GM 25932571). Got it today, crawled under Yukon tonight and it is the wrong part. The one from Amazon has 1 hose inlet, the part under Yukon has 2 inlets.

 

Could use some help here. Everything i read on here seems to pertain more to pick ups.

OK, found a video on youtube and it helped. The part I need is AC Delco 20995472.
