understanding on changing rim size...

I had stock 17" rims removed & went to 18" ultra mako rims. My heart is at 20" rims, what is the biggest changes as far as MPG, power loss, or anything else (mods) going up to 20s?

I noticed MPG loss with the 18's because the tires that came with them are 285 at's.

I am looking at low profile tires for the 20's.
