Oh yea, talk about an easy swap, plug and play. Remove the inside trim plastic with a automotive plastic spoon, disconnect the wire connector, remove the three nuts holding the mirror to the door and pull the old mirror out. To install just reverse this order, what I did was snug the top nut first and then the bottom two nuts then let it set so the gasket could conform to the door then tighten them hand tight not gorilla arm it with a breaker bar but hand tight since the bolts are set into the plastic. I think they will work well, they are about 10lbs a piece which suprised me so hopefully they are well built too. Ill find out soon when I take a drive. They do have a slight upward cant for the price and compared to buying a new truck with the upgraded mirrors they can't be beat.

Well I put about 50 pavement miles on em' and so far so good no shake, put on abotu 10 dirtroad miles and they didnt bounce there either at least no more than expected. One thing I did notice is that the drivers side bottom mirror doesnt quite go up as hig as I would like but I also keep my seat set prety high too. I noticed when I lowered it to normal it was better.
