tomr80 Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 A good friend (not a member yet) was thinking about purchasing a set of wheels and tires. Wheels 20x10 +10mm offset. I told him they would fit but don't know how far they'd stick out. Told him I'd ask you guys before he drove 200 miles to look at them and maybe waste his time and money. They got 305/50/20s on them. He's got the room for them. He just don't want them hanging out. What ya think?
tomr80 Posted January 3, 2012 Author Posted January 3, 2012 Forgot to tell ya he drives a 2008 sierra 4wd.
LilJuicedCoupe Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 How much more it'll stick out depends on the wheel he currently has, but... ...they'll stick out exactly 1.35" (or 34.45mm if you are metric) further than a stock 20x8.5" w/31mm offset wheel like the one on you truck. Should look cool.
tomr80 Posted January 4, 2012 Author Posted January 4, 2012 Well he just doesn't like the look of flares, which he has stressed to me. So 1.5" would cover it then. Thanks
