Video of Pandora support for Advent OGM-1

Direct from the floor at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show, here's a short demo of upcoming Pandora support for the Advent family of navi units.

 

The firmware update is in Pandora's hands and will be released as soon and they sign off on it - should be late Jan. or early Feb.

As a Droid guy, I feel your pain, but straight from the head engineer's mouth in Vegas: "Until Android makes a system that's not open source, we can't support it because it can change at any time"

 

And as much as I think Apple is becoming Evil Empire v 2.0, they did one thing right: they made a system that anyone in the world can write software for and build hardware for, and BECAUSE it's so rigid and inflexible, it makes a very stable platform to pour millions of $$$ worth of R&D into...
