No right side power windows

Ok, here's the deal: My right side power windows stopped working. I replaced the MBEC-1 fuse wich had blown. It happened several times so (like a bonehead), I crossed the fuse connectors to avoid buying more fuses :) . As we all know, it worked-until it didn't anymore. I replaced the fuse with a good one and it no longer blows, but windows still didn't work. I did some digging and found "circuit breaker 1" (CB1 under the dash, between the e-brake and brake pedals) was bad. Replaced it and the widows worked again for a little bit. The dinger went off and my air bag light flashed 3 times. I could hear the cb1 tripping so I pulled it. Now, if I try to put it back in, it immediately starts tripping over and over and arcs the terminals. I pulled the door panels and looked over the wires under the dash but none appear to be missing any insulation. Is there any certain place I should be looking?
