Debating new HU for my 2006

Lately the factory radio (6-disc) in my truck has been annoying me. I drive the truck every day, and it seems like the radio forgets the time every 3 days or so. On the few occasions I want to play a CD, when I skip a track about half the time it comes up with an error and spits the CD out. I listen to FM mostly, and use my iPod over an FM transmitter (lowers sound quality some), I would prefer a plug in. I'm at a point where I would consider getting a new radio. My main ideas are:

 

1. I want to retain ALL steering wheel controls

2. I don't need to retain XM

3. I need a wiring adapter, because I have Bose, right?

4. I don't need nav

5. I want an iPod port or aux plugin

6. I want a double DIN unit

 

What are your thoughts, basically would it be worth it? I can get along with what I have. What unit do you like?

For about 60 bucks I installed a audio in jack on my head unit . I can play my ipod with all my factory settings.

For that price, that definitely looks like a good option. What all did you have to buy?
