Any rumors on new incentives on 2003 Silverados after Jan. 2? I'm thinking of buying one.

my dad just got something in the mail yesterday.  It was from the gm card (mastercard).  They added $500 towards his gm earnings (which is like $1500) so he can get about 2K off.  I didnt get it

BTW, I just got one of those $500 coupons in the mail, and mine expires Jan 2, 2003, so it's not a long-term coupon like the Olds loyalty coupons, which I think don't expire till 2005, something like that.
