2008 2wd how to level?

2008 2 wheel drive reg. cab with 4.3L engine. What is the best way or brand to go with to raise the front end enough to level it off with the back?

Frogfish -- which leveling kit do you recommend? Also, what if anything do I need to change (Shocks, etc..)

 

ruggedlife - lol I might do that if I can't find a good leveling kit.
