Alright guys my truck was stuck the other day and while trying to get it out there was a pop sound and everytime my truck gets put in drive or reverse it make this loud clanking nose and still makes that noise while in drive or reverse and the driveshift is turning but the truck isn't. So im guessing thats the rear end being shot or axle gone? It's a 04 ext cab 2wd silverado with 3.73 stock gears but with 20 inch wheels and 285/55 nitto terra grapplers so im sure that put some strain on it. I was wondering what type of gears i should upgrade to make run better then before.
