Drivers Side Power Window Problem

I have an 03 GMC Sierra 2500HD with power windows, locks, and mirrors. My problem is the drivers side window does not operate when the engine is running. The window operates fine when the engine is not running. i.e. ignition on in acc or after the engine is turned off and door is not opened. All other functions of the switches work normally, whether the engine is running or not running. Any one experience this or can you help? Thanks.
