ogm1 questions

Just got ogm1 and backup camara from walt at adc mobile. i have installed it and it works awesome. I was just wondering a couple of things. dont now if this has already been discussed so here goes. I hooked up my i phone and tried to play some video, I get sound but no video, i did a system reset on the radio and the i phone and still get sound no video. also i do not get any door chimes with ignition off , only when radio is on, is this normal?

The chime situation is normal. As for the video, when I first tried it I found I did not insert the barrel connector all the way into the media hub, it was very stiff. If not that then maybe check the connections in the harness itself.

i reset everything a couple more times and now the video is working ok. to bad about the chimes, still an awesome radio
