Bed Cover Question

Hello,

 

I purchased a new to me Silverado with a canvas material bedcover, it's labeled GM Accessories. Any idea if this rolls up or how to stow it? Or is it all one peice and I have to remove the whole works? Up near the cab there a little velcrow on the top of the canvas. I never had a bed cover on my old truck so I'm lost.

 

Any ideas?

rolls up and you use the velcro tabs at the bulkhead to attach and keep in place. From here you remove the 3 bows. Had the same one on my old 2000

Not to sounds completely stupid but how do you unhook it from the back to start rolling it up?

pull it out of the channels. There are pull tabs at the bed corners. Just pull up (it will take some force). Also it is much easier to roll up with 2 people (1 on each side)

It's frayed near those pull tabs so I didn't pull enough - gave it a tug and it came right out.

also most are easyer when parked in the sun for a bit
