I had numerous issues with my 2008 sierra over the course of 7 months. Mainly the truck would loose engine power randomly. Well after some frustration and about 20 trips to the dealer for them to try and fix it, the general manager had a meeting with me and got me into a new 2012 sierra and gave me a full refund on the 2008 truck and some other little stuff that made the experience a whole lot better. This being my first Gmc I didn't want to start off on such a bad note but now I should be good to go.

I'm from Bakersfield and when ever u go for any service ask for Bill Uribe. He's a service advisor. A good guy and won't steer you wrong. Probly the best at that dealership

You know the old saying. Someone does a good job 1 person hears about. Someone does something wrong and 20 hear about it. LOL
