for you guys that did your own dual exhaust or can see how they did it, when you put the oxygen sensor back in your dual exhaust, how did you install the oxygen sensor? did you drill the right sized hole and welded the right size nut on the exhaust pipe to screw the o2 sensor in or put a bun in it? we havent put the o2 sensor back in my son's exhaust yet and was wondering how most people put their back in.

thanks

I got true duals on my truck from the cats back with nothing but pipe no sensors and it doesn't turn on the check engine light. I'll try and get you a picture sometime latter to day

mine are true duals as well from the headers with no cats just straight from the headers, and since mine doesnt have the o2 sensor in it my service engine soon light comes on, I put the wires in my obd1 port to read the code and it reads 13 which is o2 sensor. I guess some trucks work different. I figured I would like to get it done soon since I would rather it be fixed when we put a chip in his truck which we're getting this week for it.

You need o2 sims, the o2's before the cats you need, the o2's after the cat you dont need but will throw a code if you dont have o2 sims.If you dont have a hole for a o2 sensor drill a hole and weld a o2 bung over the hole then screw in the o2.
