Rear End Squeak

Since I loaded up a bunch of house stuff and transported it a few weeks, my rear end has had an obnoxious squeak whenever the suspension has had to do any form of work and I drive over any bumps. I've heard countless trucks do this but I don't want mine to do it. So is it the leaf springs that are doing this, or what? And what would I lube, and with what, to stop the squeak?

I also have a chirp but only when starting from a stop. I had new u joints installed but could not get the chirp to go away. Have you tried tightening nuts on the shocks, wheels, hangers, etc.? If it is a squeak try spraying water on the underside then take it for a ride. If it is gone then you know it might be spring slap.
