Extended Cab Backseat Area Cargo Floor

This may be well covered, but I wasn't able to find an answer via the search engine. I may be using poorly chosen key/search words.

 

I often use the backseat area to haul gear in (with the seat raised/folded up) and am having a heck of a time with the varied floor. Is there any commercial item you guys know of that levels this floor? Liken to, I suppose, the underseat storage units that are available - but instead, to flatten the floor area from just behind the front seats to the rearmost available space in front of the folded up seat.

 

Ideally, I'd like to just buy something to drop in place; although I have thought of the possibility of constructing something to achieve this need.

 

Any helps would be appreciated.

I've seen some area organizers for, say, underneath a seat that helps to corral your stuff. The guys saved a substantial amount making them themselves. I would assume the same will be true for you.

If you're handy you can cut some plywood to fit and place blocking under each side for support. That should make it flat all the way across.

If ya dont wanna do it your self swing by your local car audio shop(NOT BESTBUY) and they can knock it out and even carpet it for ya pretty quick

Cut a piece of plywood to fit to your liking and then take it down to your local truck accessiories shop and have them spray it with bedliner. You will never know its plywood if they coat top and botton.

Thanks for the ideas. I think I'll go to covered plywood route.
