Key fops question 2003 Silverado

I have a question on my 2003 Silverado's key fops. I have 2 sets of keys/fops. Both stopped working so I replaced the batteries. After replacing neither one are working. So I was thinking a fuse may be bad. Looking at my owners manual, I am not sure which to change. I does not really say anthing about the fops. Any ideas?

If I remember correctly. Aren't you suppose to press the lock and unlock at the same time, 8 times. Had this happen a few years ago and Radio Shack is who solved this for me. I had them install new batteries and when it didn't work I went back into the store. They knew right away how to reset the fob.
