Ok im sure there will be a million of you who come out and say do more research or its been talked about but I don't care .. I've looked high and low and cannot get a straight answer.

So what im trying to do is figure out what I can run for wheels and tires? I have a 2006 2500HD Crew cab and id like to get new wheels as the ones I have are corroding out. I am looking between 18" with a 0mm offset and that way I could get a little of a beefy tire in there or 20" with a -24mm offset and still have a little bit of a tire in there.

Here are my questions:

1. Will the 20" with the offset stick out?

2. Will the 20" leave me any room for tires with the torsion bars cranked up a little, if so what size tire?

3. What size tire can I get with the 18" wheels

4. Is the 0mm offset pretty much going to be a factory offset and look .. kinda flush?

5. What have you guys run in the past?

Thanks for any and all your help, I really appreciate it.

275/60R20 will fit with bars cranked but that offset is going to stick out of the fenders an inch

Just stick 275 in your mind for the tire size's first number, and live by that. It will work for the 17s, 18s, etc you can cram 285s on in 16s and 17s cranking the bars all the way out
