Blend Door Part # Help!!!

OK, I cant stand it anymore. I thought I could make it till winter, but Im not gonna wait that long. So, I went to Rockauto.com to find the blend door actuator to fix my hot A/C problem, and it came up with 9 different parts. I dont know which one I need. I have a dual zone, manual climate control. I do not have the full floor console, just the fold-down arm rest. Maybe you guys can help me determine the one I need. Obviously I dont want to spend more than I need to, so if you guys could help me out with a part number Ide appreciate it.

REally, nobody knows the part number. I figured as often of a problem as this seems to be, someone would know.

Can you get the # off the part? You can cross it.

 

From what I've been able to come up with it's the last one.

I'd check with a dealer using the VIN

I havent gotten in there to see if I cn get the number. I was trying to wait until I got the new part to take everything apart, so I only had to do it once.

which one are you needing? drivers side or passenger side? My drivers side blend door went out on my '04 a couple years ago and I had to replace it. Cheapest place to get the replacement was amazon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001C6Q7US/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00
