Canuckianland may be a lot different.

Here in Ontario Canada you can flip 6 cars a year without any liscense.

I have my eye on a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire for my first flipper. asking price is 900.

Talk down to $700-750. And repair any mechanical issues and have it detailed. That's all i would do

Been sifting through kijiji quite a bit lately. Found a sunfire that I want to go look at. Was going to flip trucks but the real cheap ones always seem to have alot of rust on them and I'm trying to stay away from any body work.

Ya, body work is very time consuming. PITA. I would look for the typical "just needs head gasket" or only "needs new brakes"

What part of Ontario are you from?
