ac/heat temp control

I have a 2005 Envoy XUV, dual temp manual controls for the ac/heat everything works fine except the drivers side will go from hot to cold by itself for no reason and then go back to hot, might be a couple days before changing back again, which makes it extremely cold right now and my wife is not very happy. any thought?

maybe it needs a reprogramming ,,,try a battery disconnect /reconnect first ,key on engine off ,the actuators should do a self relearn ,listen close for them moving,,,if no change ,take it in ,,,all i got for ya bud
