Extend GMPP?

Good evening. I just joined this forum a few minutes ago....appreciate the opportunity.

 

I'm trying to decide if I should renew my GMPP for my 2008 Chevy Silverado with 55,900 miles. I have the Major Guard coverage with a $200 deductible. My current GMPP expires in June. I still have a lien on the truck until June, 2014. the only trouble I've had with the truck is I recently had to have the throttle position sensor replaced, but it was covered anyway by GM regardless if I had the GMPP or not....so haven't had to use my GMPP yet.

 

what do you all think? Renew or not? Is it worth it? If so, who do you recommend purchasing from?
