Looking for new shocks for my 04 Sierra w/ 2" tbar crank

Truck rides a bit rougher after the lift, installed a 3" block in the rear, and cranked the t-bar 2" in the front.

 

I'm currently running a newer set of Monroes from advance, but I think the larger tires and the stiffer front end need a different shock.

 

Whats better? A set of Rancho 9000 or Eldebrock IAS?

New shocks are not going to give you a better ride, the stiffer ride is because you cranked the bars which made them stiffer to give you the extra lift.
