2002 2500HD 6.0L going through belts

Hello y'all, I'm new to the site.

 

I have a 2002 2500HD 6.0L and two weeks ago one of my pulley's started squealing and I didn't pay any attention to it because it stop after a coulpe of minutes but it was my tension pulley falling apart. So obviously last week the ate through my belt so I replaced the pulley and the belt and everything seemed fine. I just checked it again and the belt is starting to frey on the sides. The belt isn't sitting perfectly on the pulley's so I moved it back to where it should be and when I start it up it moves back to where is was. Does anyone know what's going on? I'm about to eat through another belt.

y'all can over look this one, I'm an idiot. It would help if I put the belt on right the first time. I didn't have it all the way over.
